The hotel does not officially have a star rating, but <strong>is on a 4-star, if not 5-star level.<\/strong><\/p><p>The hotel wants to reflect a &#8222;Modern Bavarian Lifestyle&#8220;, so that it plays with tradition, but is never kitschy or stereotypical.<\/p><p>The hotel has a total of 292 rooms and suites. The rooms have a size of 25-32 sqm (269-344 sqft). The suites offer 45-60 sqm (484-646 sqft) of space.<br \/>The hotel also <strong>offers a lobby, a bar\/lounge, two restaurants and a wellness area\/spa<\/strong>. Here it is very peacefully embedded in a large housing area. A little further south there are more renowned addresses, such as the 5-star Andaz Munich Hotel or the gourmet award-winning restaurant &#8222;Tantris&#8220;. All in all, you will find yourself in a typical residential area of Munich. A few shopping facilities are available, but sights and tourist hotspots require public transport or a car.<\/p><p><strong><u>Food options:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>There are <strong>no facilities worth mentioning in the immediate vicinity of the hotel,<\/strong> except for the very <strong>well-known gourmet restaurant &#8222;Tantris&#8220;<\/strong> and an Indian restaurant.<br \/>In order to enjoy the whole range of eateries, bars, restaurants, etc., you have to either <strong>head south to the centre of Schwabing district<\/strong> (around M\u00fcnchner Freiheit square), or drive straight into the city centre.<\/p><p><strong> <u>Supermarkets:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>There is a small <strong>supermarket<\/strong> (Edeka Express) and <strong>a pharmacy<\/strong> a few steps from the hotel. You will also find a <b>bank\/ATM <\/b>there. A little further away, you can find a discount supermarket (LIDL).<\/p><p><strong> <u>Going out:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Schwabing is also known as a party city district.
